To do some Personal and Professional Development.

If ever there was a time to plan it is now, we have had to make so many sharp turns this year, the Monte Carlo Rally is nothing compared to being to this year. 2020 has been a test for sure, so using the last quarter of 2020 will help us use the crisis data to plan for 2021 and move forward.
Here at Innovation Inishowen Skillnet and with our promoter Inishowen Development Partnership in this our pilot year, we have had more than just a birds eye view of what local companies have been facing. We understand how many changes and challenges you have had. The sacrifices to teams who have been with your company for many years, customers and suppliers you have always depend on and in turn they depending on you. We also know you are fighting this fight on many fronts; what is needed to stay in business, how to pay the bills and how we look after our families, we do this to secure a future for them and the community we all live and work in.
So, we feel it is important to be here, offering support and pulling from the knowledge, experience and insight of the team at IDP and the key stakeholders to do this. We have planned a schedule for the next three months that is not about training per say, but about keeping us all connected, helping to plan and work our way through to a time when we can out play Covid-19 and get us all back on track.
So the plan is to have something for everybody:
